GreenlandEnergy.com is an independent publication. It is not affiliated with Greenland Energy Company.
We are publishing this note because several widely used finance and market-data pages continue to direct some GLND readers to GreenlandEnergy.com instead of to Greenland Energy Company’s official corporate website, GreenlandEnergyCo.com. The overlap has created understandable confusion for readers looking for official filings, investor relations materials, or basic company information.
As of the morning of April 14, screenshots reviewed by GreenlandEnergy.com showed the issue across a range of high-traffic finance pages, including Yahoo Finance, CNN Business, Seeking Alpha, Google Finance, and TradingView.

The screenshots showed the same basic problem in different forms. In some cases, the website field for GLND pointed to GreenlandEnergy.com. In others, profile data appeared to mix newer operating-company information with older SPAC-era descriptions. One page described Greenland Energy Co. as a blank check company in the finance sector while also listing GreenlandEnergy.com as the website. Another presented Greenland Energy Company as an early-stage oil and gas explorer, but still routed readers to this independent publication.
This looks like a post-merger metadata issue. After a SPAC combination, third-party finance pages do not always update every company field at the same time. In GLND’s case, some public profiles appear to be carrying a patchwork of older Pelican-era information, newer Greenland Energy Company information, and a website field that still points to GreenlandEnergy.com.
This is a housekeeping issue, not a complaint
Cleaner metadata would help everyone. It would help readers reach the right destination faster. It would help Greenland Energy Company reduce unnecessary confusion around its official channels. It would help market-data platforms present a more accurate company profile. And it would help GreenlandEnergy.com continue doing what it was built to do: cover Greenland’s broader energy, mining, infrastructure, logistics, and Arctic business story as an independent publication.
For readers, the distinction is simple:
Official corporate website: GreenlandEnergyCo.com
Independent publication: GreenlandEnergy.com
GreenlandEnergy.com will continue covering Greenland Energy Company as part of the wider Greenland story. But it is not the company’s corporate site, and it is not a substitute for official investor relations materials.
GreenlandEnergy.com provides independent analysis of Greenland’s energy landscape, critical minerals development, and Arctic geopolitics. For corrections or feedback: press@greenlandenergy.com
