Energy Transition Minerals has terminated its non-binding 2018 memorandum of understanding with Shenghe after Shenghe nominee Gan Lu was not re-elected at the company’s annual meeting on April 22. The move follows ETM’s earlier position that its strategic relationship with Shenghe had effectively ceased, and marks another step in unwinding a legacy arrangement that has weighed on the company’s Greenland story.
