Greenland Mines Director Buys 140,000 Shares After CFO Purchase

Greenland Mines Ltd (Nasdaq: GRML) director Jon McGarity has purchased 140,000 company shares, following CFO Jeff LeBlanc’s purchase of 1.4 million shares last week.

McGarity acquired the shares on July 20 at $0.1773 each, representing a total investment of $24,822. The purchase increased his direct holding from 411,277 to 551,277 shares, according to a Form 4 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

The transaction follows CFO Jeff LeBlanc’s purchase of 1.4 million shares on July 16 and 17 at an average price of $0.1752, an investment of $245,280.

Across the three consecutive trading days, the two Greenland Mines insiders purchased a combined 1.54 million shares valued at approximately $270,102.

Greenland Mines holds an 80% interest in the Skaergaard gold and critical metals project in East Greenland, with an option to acquire the remaining 20%.
